Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all colour analysis consultations and services provided by Seasons Colour Analysis. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & Deposits
All appointments must be booked in advance.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your consultation, unless otherwise agreed.
Deposits are non-refundable and secure the time reserved specifically for you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that plans can change and things do happen. Where possible, I aim to be flexible and accommodating.
You may reschedule your appointment once, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend your appointment without notice, your deposit will be retained. In these cases, you will need to rebook and pay a new deposit to secure a future appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you are running late to your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.
I understand that delays and traffic can happen, and I will always aim to be flexible where possible. However, late arrival may impact the time available for your consultation, and full appointment durations cannot be guaranteed if you arrive late.
Where a late arrival significantly affects the session, the consultation may need to be shortened or, in some cases, rescheduled. In these circumstances, the original booking and deposit terms will still apply.
Payments & Non-Payment
The remaining balance of your consultation is payable on the day of your appointment.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer, card or cash.
Where payment is made by bank transfer, full payment must be completed before leaving the appointment.
If payment is not received in full on the day of the consultation, Seasons Colour Analysis reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding balance, including through formal debt recovery or legal channels where necessary.
Consultation Duration
Consultation times are approximate and provided as a guide. Sessions may vary slightly to allow the consultation to be carried out with care and without feeling rushed.
Colour Analysis Process
Colour analysis is a visual, professional service based on trained observation and experience. While the process is explained throughout the consultation, the analysis itself is led professionally and results may differ from previous colour analysis experiences.
As colouring can shift subtly over time due to natural changes such as greying hair, lifestyle or health, results reflect how colour interacts with you at the time of your consultation.
Gift Cards & Vouchers
Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards:
are non-refundable
have no cash alternative
cannot be exchanged for other services or products
Gift cards must be redeemed within the validity period and cannot be extended once expired.
Results & Expectations
Colour analysis provides guidance rather than absolute rules. Results are intended to support informed colour choices and personal confidence, not to restrict personal style or expression.
Liability
Seasons Colour Analysis is not responsible for individual purchasing decisions or outcomes following a consultation. Any recommendations provided are offered as guidance only.
Accessibility & Location
Consultations may take place at a designated consultation location or, where agreed, as a home visit.
My studio requires stairs to access and may not be suitable for clients with limited mobility. Any accessibility requirements must be discussed prior to booking so suitable arrangements can be made where possible.
Changes to Services
Services, inclusions and pricing may be updated periodically. The terms and pricing applicable at the time of booking will apply to your consultation.
